Stopped by on a Saturday morning with no real expectations. Alex was very helpful and went through every bit of the testing process in front of me, which was a huge plus. Most places send your merchandise to a mystery person in a back room to decide what they will/won’t take. Alex stayed at the counter and discussed each part of the test phase. I was satisfied with the amount he paid me and would be happy to do business with them again
